APPOINTMENT SETTER

📍 Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
💰 Compensation: Base + Commission (Dependent on Experience)
📞 100 Calls Per Day | 4 Appointments Set Daily

About Us
Nassau Investment Academy, led by renowned real estate investor Mike Ealy, teaches individuals how to secure big hotel and apartment deals—even with no money down. We help ambitious individuals break into high-level real estate investing through expert training, mentorship, and hands-on strategies.

Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our program. Your role is to assess their suitability for our investment training, qualify them, and schedule them for a consultation with a Closer who will guide them through the next steps.

🔹 Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads who have expressed interest.
🔹 Engage in meaningful conversations to assess potential students’ readiness and ability to benefit from our program.
🔹 Schedule a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per day with a Closer.
🔹 Track and document all interactions in our CRM.
🔹 Stay motivated, hit targets, and earn uncapped commissions!


Who You Are
✅ Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
✅ Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
✅ Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
✅ Familiarity with real estate or investing (a plus, but not necessary)
✅ Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
✅ Thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
