Step 4: Build Credibility & Tell Them About Our "Buy-Box"
Our Buy Box for Multifamily:
- Target Areas: NC, SC, South Florida (Tampa, Miami & Sarasota) & Cincinnati, OH
- Tier 1 or 2 Cities / A or B Areas
- 50-200 Units (Sweet spot is $3.5m to $10m)
- Rents are under market by $200/mo/u or more.
- Preferably 80% Occupied or Better
